Tips:
A). This operation need QCDI interface, enable phone QCDI interface as help (ReadCodes/Unlock/Repair)
B). Enter Recovery mode and then select "Enable cp logging" for android 5.0 phone.
1). Power on the phone and then connect with usb cables (install phone driver if needed)
2). Run BST and then click "Scan"
3). Tick "Qualcomm Direct Unlock" option, and then click "Unlock"
Now, Samsung Qualcomm Direct Unlock all done, reboot phone via phone menus (dont disconnect battery).
